OKU, the luxury hotel network partly owned by Belgian Marc Coucke, will open its doors in July 2025. Besides Ibiza and Kos, they are aiming for laid-back, sustainable luxury with 189 and 100 rooms respectively.
Their third hotel in Alcaidesa (Cadiz) on the Costa Del La Luz will open on 1 July 2025. Coucke and Westfort have ambition: 15 hotels worldwide.
For Coucke, the list of hotels he has stakes in is growing fast, including La Réserve in Knokke, Grenier des Grottes in Han-sur-Lesse, and multiple investments in Durbuy and Blankenberg's ‘Het Witte Paard’.
