Andalusia has approved its new Housing Law.
Articles 47 to 52 regulate residential real estate brokerage and introduce a mandatory register for real estate agents in the region. This marks significant progress in legal security and consumer protection. The register will now undergo regulatory development. After publication in the BOJA, the law will enter into force one month later. The Andalusian Council will continue working with the authorities to support its implementation.
