Spain on track to reach 100 million tourists
Spain is set to break its historic tourism record in 2025. With 95 million foreign visitors already recorded by November, the 100 million mark is within reach. Tourists are also spending more: an average of €210 per day. This generates more than €118 billion and makes tourism once again a driving force of the economy. The downside is that the majority of visitors continue to concentrate in six regions, while other areas lag behind.
