PAYMENTS ABOVE 1,000 EUROS BANNED IN SPAIN?

In Spain, cash payments over €1,000 are prohibited in business transactions (since 2021), even if split. Non-residents may pay up to €10,000 in cash. Violations carry a 25% fine. There are no limits between private individuals. Payments above the limit must be traceable.
