Los Alcázares

Los Alcázares is a charming coastal town in the Murcia region that derives its name from the Arabic palaces that formerly stood here as summer residences for the Moorish kings. 

The history of the village is inextricably linked to the medicinal properties of the Mar Menor, where the Romans and Arabs already enjoyed therapeutic saltwater baths thousands of years ago.
